FURNITURE DESIGN /ORDERING PROCESS:

our display and discuss your bespoke wardrobe or furniture project.

and requirements. Plan / sketch or Photo if possible.

 

If you are not sure what you need then just the dimensions to start with.

We will prepare initial design and quotation.

​

Next step would be to see our display / discuss the layout.

​

If changes are needed we will update the design according to your comments / instructions.

​

Once you are happy with the initial design /quotation and happy to go ahead with us in principle

we can then arrange a site survey at a convenient time.

 

Next step is a 10%  working deposit

​

During the site survey we will measure up and make sure all details such as skirting , coving , floor type are taken under consideration. We will update the design accordingly and make sure you are getting the best solution possible.

Final design and quote will be emailed over for your  acceptance and order confirmation. You can make as many changes as you wish until you are 100% happy.

 

Example:  Your final quote comes to £3500,

the 'working deposit of £350 ( 10% )  ' will be deducted from it making the total £3150

Therefore the site survey and design is free as long as you place the order with us.

(If for any reason you decide not to go ahead with us,  the 'working deposit ' is non refundable . You can of course keep the drawings and design specification. )

40% payment to place the order/ put furniture in production.

40% Payment 10 days before delivery

10% Payment once installation is complete
